RETURNS AND REFUNDS
– Do not send your purchases back to the address shown on the shipping label. Please contact us at support@plushpunch.com to receive the correct return address. –
Returning an Item
To receive a refund, you must return the item and email the return receipt to support@plushpunch.com. Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 24–36 hours.
Defective or Broken Product
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@plushpunch.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and videos showing the issue.
We will immediately arrange a replacement or send replacement parts if applicable.
If the customer chooses not to receive replacement parts and prefers a return, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Product
If you receive the wrong item, we take full responsibility. PlushPunch will cover the return shipping cost and will either:

Issue a full refund, or

Resend the correct item at no additional charge.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Item is not in its original condition

Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Product Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, and:

Tracking does not update, or
-
Tracking is stuck for more than 10 days
Please contact us at support@plushpunch.com. We will investigate and ensure your order reaches you or provide a suitable resolution.
Customer Dislikes Product / Wants Replacement
If you are not satisfied or wish to exchange the product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

A standard $20 processing/restocking fee applies
For refunds, customers may choose:

A refund to the original payment method, or

Store credit

Payment processing fees (credit card/PayPal) are non-refundable
Refunds are processed within 36 hours after confirmation via email. It may take 5–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. If you do not see the refund after 15 days, please contact your bank first and then email us at support@plushpunch.com so we can assist further.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

A $20 restocking fee will apply.

Remaining balance will be refunded.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Payment processing fees (PayPal/credit card) are non-refundable.

Order Modification
Order modifications can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
We reserve the right to process the order accordingly.
