All orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered is correct.
We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you entered the wrong shipping address.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee determined by us.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please report the issue to your local authorities.

PlushPunch allows returns within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unopened and unused.
